चना चाट की सामग्री (Ingredients of Chana Chaat)

  • 1 Cup Black Chana
Spices:-
  • Hing – 1/2 Tsp
  • Salt – 1-1/2 Tsp
  • Zeera Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp
  • Dhaniya Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Haldi Powder – 1/4 Tsp (Optional)
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
  • Chaat Masala / Amchur Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Veggies ( for extra crunch ) :-
  • Cucumber – 1 (chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato – 2 (chopped)
  • Green Chillies – 3-4 (chopped)
  • Green Coriender Leaves (for extra freshness)
  • Lemon Juice – 1 (for tanginess)
