Mint mojito ingredients:-
- Fresh mint leaves – 1 Bowl or handful
- Ice Cubes
- Sugar ( simple syrup) – according to your taste buds
- Chilled Soda Water
- Black Salt – according to your taste preference or Optional
- 2 Lemons – 1 for lemon juice or 2nd (cut into wedges)
Instructions:- How to make lemon mint mojito? or How to make mint mojito at home?
- Squeezed lemon juice of one lemon.
- Take a grinder.. put fresh mint leaves in it.. then add 3-4 tsp sugar to it.
- After that we have to add ice cubes.. We will not use any water here.
- Now we have to grind everything well.
- After that take a stylish glass.. and put the ice cubes in it.
- Pour the mint and sugar mixture in it. (Approx 2-3 tsp)
- To make our cocktail sour and sweet, we will add black salt to it. (Optional)
- Pour the chilled Soda water in the glass.
- Stir well to combine all the ingredients, until the mint and lime to release their flavors/aroma.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or sourness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if desired.
- Garnish the glass with a lemon slice and fresh mint leaf.
- Serve and enjoy your refreshing lemon mint mojito!!!!!
